NEXBODY is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide demonstrations of our products, and communicate with you about our services.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Basic website analytics

We collect basic first-party statistics by default to understand website use, including page paths, referral domains, non-personal campaign tags, broad device categories and interaction counts. We do not set analytics visitor-identification cookies, use browser fingerprinting, identify unique visitors, reconstruct cross-page journeys, or join these statistics with form contents or contact details. Event IDs only prevent duplicate delivery of the same event and are not visitor IDs. Successful inquiries are counted independently after our email service accepts them, without visitor or campaign attribution. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to turn basic website statistics off or on. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. Existing analytics refusals, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control remain respected. Old analytics session cookies are cleared. Anonymous event records are retained for up to 90 days and daily totals for up to 365 days. A short-lived, rotating IP-derived rate-limit key protects the collection endpoint; raw IP addresses are not stored in our analytics database. Our hosting and email providers may separately process technical or inquiry data as described elsewhere in this policy. For questions, contact info@nexbodyfit.com.

Optional Google Analytics

When enabled by the website operator, Google Analytics 4 is off until you explicitly allow it in our analytics preferences. Before that choice, we do not load the Google tag or send Google Analytics events. If allowed, the tag sends website usage information to Google, including page addresses, referral information, campaign parameters, browser/device information, interactions and engagement. Google receives the network information needed to deliver its service and may use first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. The measurement ID G-MGHS9TX3JG directs these events to the corresponding Google Analytics web data stream, where authorised account users can view reports. This code is for measurement; it does not identify a website visitor as a named sales lead. We do not intentionally send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or message contents to Google Analytics. A successful inquiry may send a separate event with no form contents after our email service accepts the inquiry; this does not confirm delivery to the recipient mailbox. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this implementation. You can decline Google Analytics or withdraw consent at any time through Analytics preferences; future Analytics collection is disabled and accessible GA cookies for this website are cleared. Withdrawal does not automatically remove data already processed by Google. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Local development and administration pages do not load the Google tag. Google Analytics, our first-party statistics and Cloudflare network analytics have different coverage and definitions, so their counts should not be added together.
